At Intero Integrity, you will work in a dynamic, international setting, supporting small team while ensuring smooth office. For our Serbian Nis office, we are looking for a part time (20h per week/4h per day) Office Manager who is organized, proactive, and enjoys variety in their daily work.

Our Serbian team includes a Country Manager, 18 Data Analysts, and a LabView Developer, supported by an Office Assistant, and that could soon be you!

Key responsibilities

• Adjusting and formatting reports, contracts, invoices and other documents with Lawyers and accountant help

• Managing daily office activities

• Handling incoming and outgoing goods (receiving, shipping, and logistics)

• Supporting accounting, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination

• Acting as a liaison between the Serbian office and international teams

Requirements

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)

• 1+ years of administrative experience

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document handling

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to multitask in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

• University degree is an advantage
