Data Analyst Trainee – Entry Level (Serbia)

Our Niš (Serbia) office is a one of key data analysis hub within the organization. Here, a team of around 20 Data Analysts, Supervisors, and technical specialists works daily on high-quality inspection data. You will be part of an international team with an informal culture, short communication lines, and plenty of opportunities for growth.
What will you do?
As a Data Analyst Trainee, you will work with large volumes of technical data collected from pipeline and industrial inspections worldwide. These inspections are carried out by our Inspection Engineers. You will translate this data into accurate technical reports, giving clients clear insight into the condition and integrity of their assets.
You will begin with an intensive training program (approximately 1.5 months) in Niš, after which you will start working independently on projects. This is a full-time position (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday). After the probation period, hybrid working is available (3 days remote, 2 days in the office). The expected start date for this role is May/June 2026.
Your responsibilities include:
• Reviewing inspection data for quality and completeness
• Pre-processing and analyzing data using internal software
• Identifying and classifying anomalies
• Applying quality standards and incorporating feedback from QC specialists
• Preparing technical reports for clients
• Working with tools such as Excel, Word, and specialized data analysis software
This is a highly operational role that requires strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
Who are we looking for?

• A completed university degree in a technical field (e.g. Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Environmental Engineering)
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• A structured and detail-oriented way of working
• Eagerness to learn and a proactive mindset
• A strong focus on quality
• Flexibility and the ability to work across international time zones
