At Intero Integrity, you will take on the role of Global QHSE Manager, with a clear mandate to strengthen and professionalize our Quality Management System (QMS) as the backbone of everything we deliver.
In this high-impact position, you will work closely with senior leadership, guide regional QHSE teams, and drive continuous improvement in quality, safety, and operational excellence across a fast-growing and innovative organization. About Intero Integrity
Intero Integrity is a fast-growing international company and specialist in inspection, maintenance, and emission monitoring of pipelines and industrial assets. Using our proprietary high-tech equipment and software, we execute projects worldwide and support the energy industry in operating more efficiently, safely, and responsibly.
Headquartered in Tricht (the Netherlands), Intero Integrity Services employs approximately 600 people across 20 offices in Europe, the Middle East, and the Americas.
Our core activities include:
Inspection Services: Technology-enabled inspections of critical infrastructure
Pipeline Management: Integrity, risk, and data-driven pipeline management

Because our inspection results are used for safety-critical decisions, the quality and reliability of our data and processes are non-negotiable. As our organization continues to grow, we are further strengthening and standardizing our global Quality, QHSE, and ESG framework.
What will you do as Global QHSE Manager?
As Global QHSE Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving Intero's global Quality Management System alongside our broader QHSE strategy. You will ensure consistent quality standards across all regions, safeguard the integrity of our inspection processes, and drive a strong safety and quality culture throughout the organization.
You will report directly to the CEO and provide functional leadership to regional QHSE teams worldwide.
Your key responsibilities include:
Quality Management
Owning and continuously improving our global Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring it meets ISO 9001 and industry-specific quality standards
Setting quality objectives, KPIs, and monitoring mechanisms across all regions and business lines
Leading root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action processes for quality-related non-conformities and customer complaints
Safeguarding data integrity and process quality in our inspection and reporting workflows, given their safety-critical use
Driving a culture of quality ownership at every level of the organization, from field operations to head office
Leading internal and external quality audits and ensuring timely closure of findings
Partnering with operations and engineering to embed quality checks into project delivery and reporting standards
QHSE Leadership
Developing, implementing, and safeguarding QHSE strategy, policies, and improvement programs
Identifying and managing key QHSE and ESG risks, including structural improvement initiatives
Coaching and supporting employees at all levels to strengthen safety and quality awareness and continuous improvement
Developing and leading the global QHSE team to ensure strong capabilities and consistent execution
Ensuring compliance with certifications (including ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001) and leading internal and external audits
Leading incident investigations and ensuring effective corrective and preventive actions
Driving continuous improvement to stay ahead of industry standards and best practices
Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through excellent quality and QHSE performance
ESG
Ensuring compliance with ESG-related regulations and reporting requirements
Contributing actively to the ESG committee and supporting ESG strategy development
Overseeing environmental compliance and reporting across global operations
Collaboration
Working cross-functionally with leadership, operations, engineering, HR, finance, and sales
Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to drive quality and QHSE improvements and alignment
This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role, requiring both vision and execution capability in an international context — with quality management as a core pillar of the role.
